• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
• Valid membership with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) issued on or before the closing date.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the Government, Semi-Government, corporate, or reputable private sector.
